The house and staff are absolutely incredible. All of the rooms and the beds are very VERY cozy. We had everything we needed. The women that made breakfast every morning and cleaned the house were SO essential to our trip, they helped get groceries and cooked dinner for us a couple of time too (dinners we paid extra for 1500 pesos per dinner for 10 people 😱 and it was excellent food.) Javier was our main contact and anything we needed or had questions about, it was very easy to communicate with him. Our family (10 adults, 30-70yrs, and 1 two year old) have not stayed in a more cozy and luxurious place before, it definitely felt like vacation! We mostly took taxis everywhere. Very inexpensive but bring pesos. Not a whole lot to do around the house to walk to but the community pool, playground and kiddy pool were great. The marina is very close, 5 minute taxi, where we scheduled several boating excursions from

We had such a wonderful time staying here. We had three families, and everyone felt like they had their own space while being together. It was such a nice treat having the ladies there every morning to clean and cook breakfast, they were amazing and made the experience even better. We even were able to hire them to also come cook dinners which was amazing! The home was great!! The bikes offered were awesome and we utilized them every single day. We did use taxis and Ubers often but they were very short rides to the beach or elsewhere. The playground and additional community pool was a nice touch. The host was wonderful, always responded and helped immediately. Definitely recommend!!

A truly phenomenal stay. I came with my family for a week and we had an amazing time here - the house was beautifully appointed, the morning crew were lovely and breakfast was always delicious. This Airbnb exceeded every expectation I could have had. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Honestly, this place was wonderful! We had a little difficulty finding it once we passed the security point. I would recommend getting a pin drop from the host if your internet lags. Once it was sent we found it without issue. But very comfortable wonderful service and very comfortable. We will be visiting again soon! 🧡

This place was really great

We had a large group for a 40th birthday celebration, and I cannot imagine having a better experience. The property is spacious with lovely views and decent privacy. The communication was incredible and all possible contacts and phone numbers were provided before we even arrived. Getting a taxi, even for our large group, was incredibly easy and affordable for anywhere you might need to go. Hector from Paradise Village was our favorite! Rosi and Lupita were lovely and provided cleaning and a wonderful breakfast each morning. This was the best experience of many trips to Mexico and I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Great house, as described. It was perfect for our party of eight. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning was a nice touch. One thing to note is that even though the beach is very close, unless you are staying for at least 14 days you do not have access to the property’s beach club. In that case, the closest beach is about a 20 minute drive.

Amazing house, great location and excellent host. Xoce (the host) was very accessible, responsive and super flexible. He made sure we had a very comfortable stay and went above and beyond in terms of service. Thanks Xoce !! The location is ideal, walking distance to shopping, close to the beaches but if the pool is your thing to enjoy in 85+ degree weather, then you don't have to leave at all because this place has it's own private pool !! Well maintained & secure house with room for plenty. All of us enjoyed our vacation while still feeling like we were at home. Highly recommend staying here and Xoce & his team ensures that your vacation needs are met.

Excellent property and service from the housekeeper and chef. Not to throw shade at the host, but communication was bad. I would definitely recommend this property, location and service. However, the information requested from the host the night before check-in was after a travel trip from LAX. I called him/text him many times and I received no response. This caused an issue with the two security check-points to access the property. Family and felt like intruders to the exclusive golf course property. Once there, the house is clean, well kept, and the pool is and location is beautiful as we had a pleasant time once inside.
